makers gonna make!
Creativity Club
Creativity Club is a place for all makers, dreamers and crafters. For those who want to make more creative things but somehow never get anything done at home. I see you.
At Creativity Club, you get to enjoy the feeling of being in the here and now for your creativity; forgetting laundry, dishes and other real-life problems for a moment.

What happens at the club?
At Creativity Club, you get to try out different creative ways of doing, from drawing and painting to crafting, poetry, maybe even a bit of textile work and who knows what else. You can drop me your suggestions if you have something in mind that you’d like to try out! Emphasis will be on recycled materials and doing things with sustainability in mind.
We focus on easy, entry-level crafts, such that
We’ll grab a cup of tea or coffee, chat about creativity, enjoy the making part of things and forget that our phones even exist.
I wonder if it’s the right place for me?
Creativity Club is
So you’re definitely in the right place! What’s best, in addition to making stuff, you will also get a healthy dose of that sense of belonging and community that only comes from when people gather up to make something creative together. (Hello, mirror cells!) And you don’t even need to talk to anyone if you don’t feel like it; sometimes it’s enough to sit quietly side by side, making something cool.

”Maybe the best part about the course was that you got to be ”quiet in company” – together, focusing on doing something you like. Artsing can be a lonely business, but on this course there was a nice feeling of community.”

Thursday 24.9.2026 at 16.30-19.30 o’clock Found Poetry 🔍
”I’m not a poetry person at all, but this was fun!” – Comment from a course participant on Blackout Poems
Even the mention of the word ”poem” might raise prejudice and suspicion. But fear not, this time you don’t need to write anything nor worry about whether it rhymes (unless you really want to). This time, we’ll be doing blackout and cutout poems.
If you’ve ever run into fridge magnet poetry, this is kind of the same thing but without the fridgerator. You take a piece of existing text (say, a newspaper article), and dig out a poem from there. We’ll use scissors, black markers, glue, you name it.
The materials are included in the club fee, but in case you have old books, magazines or other materials you’d like to use, feel free to take those with you!

Thursday 19.11.2026 at 16.30-19.30 o’clock Junk Journal 🗑
Your sketchbook/notebook/journal pages don’t always need to be pristine. When there’s already some markings in there, they can provide inspiration and relief from the fear of the blank page. This time, we’ll be making Junk Journals – basically, notebooks from scrap paper.
The materials are included in the club fee, but in case you have any scrap paper you’d like to use (old sketches, packaging materials, anything of the sort), feel free to take those with you!

Thursday 10.12.2026 at 16.30-19.30 o’clock Scrap Paper Bunting 🚩
We continue with the scrap paper theme, making buntings to hang in your Christmas tree, over your bed, on the doorway…you name it. This is one of those things where it’s silly easy to make a bunting, but do you ever get around to making it on your own, at home? Yeah, most likely not.
As per usual, the materials are included in the club fee, but in case you have eg. an old atlas lying around unused, it would make a super cool bunting. Just saying.

Let your creativity roam free
Hi, I’m Hanna, creativity coach and the host of Creativity Club. I consider creativity to be something that is a basic feature in all humans. For some of us, it’s just taken too many blows along the way and we’ve started to believe that we’re not that creative.
I think the best way to reconnect with one’s creativity is to be a bit messy and chaotic, to allow yourself to make ugly things and to just be utterly clueless of what’s going on. Oftentimes, something really cool emerges from all that mess. However, I think the end result is not the most important thing. The main thing is that you have fun in the process.
